PERMISSIONS
Joseph has two main special abilities: Hamon + a Stand. I have his powers in a lot more detail HERE but to give you guys a quick summary:
1. Hamon is literally using the power of the sun through special breathing methods to release massive amounts of energy.
2. A Stand is a supernatural power that grants various abilities depending on the person. Joseph's Stand Hermit Purple appears in the form of purple thorns. Hermit Purple can be used as whip, a rope, grappling hook, or a weapon in general. Kinda-sorta like Vine Whip in Pokemon. It also allows him to take spirit photographs + videos of anyone he wants to see in that current moment of time. He usually does this through cameras and television sets. It's mainly used to watch people and locations, but he's also able to read thoughts through TVs.
Hermit Purple as used by a different character, but same idea.
I'll make sure to always ask if it's okay to use the spirit photography powers to "watch" your character. It really just depends on the plot/scenario/whatever. If he does use it on you and your character is especially perceptive, they may have an unexplained feeling of being watched. BUT if you want to let me know ahead of time if you're okay/not okay with him using this power on your character, please let me know here!

Also, I'm not sure how much you know about Persona but I think Fuuka can probably see Hermit Purple though? Given her ability to more or less 'hack' people's abilities anyway,

I don't know much about Persona but go ahead! I'm not going to be too particular about who can and can't see Hermit Purple because Stands and weird and bullshit-ey enough on their own.

The ninja and the knight won't see anything but Guybrush might be able to see the Stand a little bit since he tangles with the supernatural a lot. He's not terribly magical in any way so he might just see a glimmer.
